A hearty breakfast is available every morning in our outdoor cabana –– we have a rotating selection of Dominican mangu, breakfast burritos and pancakes to offer.


We also provide access to an outdoor kitchen with gas and charcoal BBQs, so you can prepare meals with the bounty of the island.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

    • Cancelation Policy

      Receive a full-refund if cancelled greater than 14 days prior to your check-in date. Cancellation of reservations made prior to 14 days of arrival date are no charge and 100% refundable. As we are a small independent business, cancellations affect us greatly. Cancellation of reservations within 14 days prior to arrival date are subject to a 100% of the reservation cost fee.


      To cancel your reservation for a full refund, email nikki@gardenbytheseadr.com at least 14 days prior to your check-in date. 

    • House Rules

      All our rooms are non-smoking for reasons of health, safety and comfort for all of our guests.  We do have designated smoking areas in the pool area for our guests.  Please ask for an ashtray and respect the other guests in the area.


      We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning.


      No hourly rates available.


      Items left behind and requested to be mailed will incur a minimum charge of $50 and may take up to 30 days to receive. We apologize for any inconvenience. To avoid this, please be sure to thoroughly check your room for items that are of value to you prior to your departure.


      Damaged or missing items from rooms post check out will be charged to your credit card on file. These include but are not limited to remote controls, linens, pillows, mugs, room key, etc., Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.


      You are required to relax and enjoy your stay at Garden By The Sea. We are here to help you have a fabulous vacation on the North Shore.  Please do not be afraid to ask question.  We are always happy to help.

    • Pet Policy

      We love our furry family members and are happy to welcome them. To keep all guests—human and animal—safe and comfortable, please follow these guidelines:


      🐾 Pets must always be kept on a leash when outside your room.


      🐾 Pets may only be left alone in the room if they are crate trained and remain safely inside their crate during your absence.


      🐾 Our property is also home to one friendly dog and three mischievous cats, so we ask that you keep your pet supervised and mindful around them.

    • Airport Pick-up

      We can provide airport pick-up from any of the airports on the island, please contact nikki@gardenbytheseadr.com for cost and scheduling.
